Further devolution could unlock Manchester's potential

More devolution of powers is essential to realise Greater Manchester’s economic potential, a group of experts has said.

Combined with increased funding, the powers could be used to overhaul infrastructure, improve workers’ health, integrate the region’s transport network, and create a skills and education framework.
