Getting districts ‘match fit’ for the global stage

The forthcoming District Councils’ Network annual conference in Warwick next month will be the first major local government event of the new decade.

While the General Election might seem a long time ago, this will be the first opportunity for new ministers to directly address council leaders since the Conservatives were returned to power with a large majority.
