HMJ: People report ‘poor’ experience of using mental health services

People’s experience of mental health care is at their lowest point in eight years, a new survey has revealed.

The annual survey by the Care Quality Commission (CQC) found nearly half of people using community mental health services in England in 2020 and 2021 said their mental health had deteriorated due to changes in their care and treatment during the pandemic.
