Kingston prepares to tackle £21m deficit

A budget gap of £21m in the coming years is being predicted by officers at Kingston LBC.

Officers warned the impact of COVID-19 on the borough is likely to increase the level of financial pressure further still and the gap will need to be closed by 'budget reductions and/or increases in resources through local taxation’.
