Senior figures from the Local Government Association (LGA) have raised concerns about Westminster’s approach to devolution.
LGA chairman James Jamieson and leader of the association’s Labour group Nick Forbes appeared before the House of Lords’ Constitution Committee as part of an inquiry into future governance of the UK.
