Lack of support held back local industrial strategies

Local leaders must be given a say in the Government’s Plan for Growth, MPs have urged.

A report by the Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy (BEIS) Committee published today also found efforts to produce local industrial strategies have been held back by limited support from central government.
