Leaders to reconsider governance overhaul

Council leaders in the West of England have been told to think again on plans to overhaul governance arrangements over fears it could put £600m of funding at risk.

The West of England Combined Authority (WECA)’s scrutiny committee has called-in plans to ‘re-establish’ the West of England joint committee.
