Local government partnerships key to seaside town reinvention

Councils have been urged to work with central government and LEPs to revitalise Britain’s rundown coastal communities.

Although there is no single solution, local government can help resorts to reinvent themselves, according to a report published today by the House of Lord select committee on regenerating seaside towns.
