Katherine Fairclough has been appointed as chief executive of Liverpool city region combined authority.
Ms Fairclough has been chief executive of Cumbria CC since 2017, and previously held the role of deputy chief executive officer at Warrington BC and senior leadership roles at Wigan MBC.
