The new Office for Local Government (Oflog) watchdog has proposed to widen its scope to five new service areas.
Oflog’s interim chief executive, Josh Goodman, has written to councils seeking views on the new draft metrics, covering economic growth, planning, highways, finance and fly-tipping.
