Our response to COVID was delivered through collaboration, not in isolation

We have learned many things about ourselves as a local authority during the pandemic. The maxim ‘necessity is the mother of invention’ was never truer than over the last year, as we found a whole raft of ways to meet the challenges of remote working.

One of the lessons I have learned has not been technological, but much more personal, particularly when it comes to improving health provision in our area.
