Profits hike for Telford & Wrekin-owned property firm

Telford & Wrekin Council’s wholly-owned housing provider Nuplace has announced a jump in profits of almost 50%.

Nuplace, which is now in its fourth year, has created 329 homes for private rent across seven sites, including 42 affordable homes.
