As the country tentatively begins the transition from crisis mode and looks to begin the recovery from COVID-19, talk of ‘new eras’ is rife. For the District Councils’ Network (DCN), it is more than just hyperbole.

Having served an extended term as chairman through the pandemic, Cllr John Fuller formally passed the mantle to Cllr Sam Chapman-Allen at the recent DCN conference.
