Reviewers ‘underestimated’ challenge at Croydon

Government-appointed reviewers at Croydon LBC have said they ‘underestimated’ the challenge of turning around the council’s finances.

In a report a year on from their initial review, Chris Wood and Alan Gay said the 'enormity of the task seems to have grown’.
