Reworking the vision thing

Hardly a day goes by without authorities questioning and pushing themselves and others to engage better, talk more, listen harder and think forward.

Public Sector plc continues to grapple with external pressures that impact the performance and culture of the organisation, however, one crucial constant is ensuring colleagues remain clear on core priorities, goals and buy into a common vision.

We’re all changing and ‘transforming’ to some degree. It’s unsettling for staff, politicians and customers. Leaders need to keep focused on delivering services and corporate priorities steered by politicians while staff row the boat, navigating a channel that seeks to keep on track and on target to deliver the goods.
