Social infrastructure needs funding too

This year marks my tenth year in local government. It feels as if we have been in a perpetual state of uncertainty during that time. I’m not saying the current environment is any more or less uncertain but there is a lot going on.

On the back of last week’s Budget, we have the Spending Review; fair funding review; business rates reform; and the devolution White Paper to come.
