The levelling up White Paper must have proposals to match counties' ambitions

The Queen’s Speech last month heralded the return of some form of political normality, even if coronavirus is going nowhere, with the Government setting out its legislative agenda over the coming period.

As part of that, the Government is now looking towards economic recovery, and how we seek to rebuild from the enormous impact of the last 15 months and usher in new economies of the post-pandemic world.
