It is almost five years since the final report of the independent Service Transformation Challenge Panel was published ahead of the then Coalition Government’s Autumn Statement.
At the time, I was pleased to co-chair the panel alongside Sir Derek Myers (formerly of Kensington & Chelsea RLBC). It was fantastic to visit places across the country and witness first-hand, excellent examples of service reform being taken forward. I also picked up a few tips on the way.
