Watchdog tells Perth & Kinross to tackle 'underperforming' services

Perth & Kinross Council has been warned it must tackle underperforming services by a watchdog despite making ‘steady improvements’ elsewhere.

The Accounts Commission found that the performance of a third of the council's services had declined since 2013/14 and some had fallen below the Scottish average.
