Accelerating energy retrofitting for economic development

In the last few years the non-energy benefits of improving energy efficiency have started to be recognised and valued. These include, amongst others; improved health and well-being, an increase in value being kept within communities, and job creation – as well of course as a reduction in global and local environmental impacts.
