AccordMP, owned by Accord Operations and Mouchel Parkman, has been appointed by Harrow LBC to improve its public realm infrastructure.

The council awarded two related contracts to carry out the infrastructure works and provide professional support to manage the system. The five-year contracts have a combined value of up to £100m.
