Achieving Ashfield's Towns Fund vision

Ashfield’s Towns Fund bid won it £62.6m – the highest amount in the country. Theresa Hodgkinson reflects on why she believes the submission was so successful.

Ashfield is a district in the west of Nottinghamshire, with three key towns: Kirkby in Ashfield, Sutton in Ashfield and Hucknall. The Government invited us to apply for funding for Kirkby & Sutton.
