The international recruitment firm Adecco Group has bought Penna Consulting in a deal worth around £105m.

The international recruitment firm Adecco Group has bought Penna Consulting in a deal worth around £105m.

Switzerland-based Adecco announced last week it expected to complete the deal within the next six months
