Hammersmith and Fulham LBC should have its own chief executive, according to an independent review led by Lord Adonis.

Hammersmith and Fulham LBC should have its own chief executive, according to an independent review led by Lord Adonis.

The board published its review into London's ‘tri-borough' partnership today and called for ‘leaner management and stronger accountability' in the shared arrangements between the London boroughs.
