Age UK has condemned as ‘shameful' a ruling by the Supreme Court that Kensington and Chelsea RLBC was right to withdraw overnight care for a 67-year-old woman.

Former prima-ballerina, Elaine McDonald, lost her legal battle against the London borough last week for overnight assistance, which was withdrawn last November.
