The agenda is delivery for housing groups

Some 20 local authority-led housing projects across 11 London boroughs delivering 110,000 homes in the capital have formed their own delivery group. Michael Burton talks to its chairman, Cllr Jamie Carswell, in the run-up to the group’s second annua
