Greece was the word last week after a benefits claim form from Manchester City Council became an internet sensation.

The Greek-born comedian George Zacharapoulis posted a photo on Twitter from an official document sent to a friend, in which staff demanded to know why the recipient did not have a ‘Geek passport'.
