The shadow communities secretary has called for an ‘ambitious devolution agenda' to be rolled out to every part of the country.

Writing before yesterday's Budget announcement (8 July) for the Huffington Post website, Emma Reynolds said ‘power and resources must flow out of Whitehall' and into cities, towns and counties.
