Amey to go as Liverpool seeks to bring highways services back in-house

Liverpool City Council is expected to terminate its contract with Amey four years early and bring back its highways maintenance service in-house.

Liverpool City Council is expected to terminate its contract with Amey four years early and bring back its highways maintenance service in-house.

The contract with Amey was signed in July 2013 and was meant to run until 2022.
