The UK's only council to be run by commissioners has announced two top management appointments as it prepares the move out of special measures.

The Isle of Anglesey CC has appointed Dr Gwynne Jones as director of lifelong learning, taking over from Richard Parry Jones who held the role until he was appointed the council's chief executive earlier this year.
