Birmingham-based law firm Anthony Collins Solicitors has once again expanded its local government team with the appointment of Ben Smith as associate.

Mr Smith is an expert in local government law, and joins from Mills & Reeve. He specialises in procurement, regeneration projects, compulsory purchase and highways law.
