Anthony Kemp has taken up his role as director of corporate resources at Hounslow LBC.

Mr Kemp joins Hounslow from Windsor and Maidenhead RBC, where he led the council's move towards a new services delivery model. Prior to this, he was director of business services at Ealing LBC, and prior to that, occupied a range of senior roles at the BBC.
