One of local government’s most influential roles – chief executive of the Local Government Association – is advertised by The MJ today.

One of local government's most influential roles – chief executive of the Local Government Association – is advertised by The MJ today.

Current LGA chief executive, Carolyn Downs, will take up the top job at Brent LBC after the LGA's annual conference this month, having led the association's management team since 2011.
