Apprenticeship training: Looking to the future

An apprenticeship can be an insightful and immersive way to start a career, as it gives people the chance to earn a wage while they learn valuable new skills.

Whilst apprenticeships are largely popular among the school leavers demographic for this reason, it is often overlooked how they can be fully utilised to train existing staff. Employers in the public sector have the opportunity to provide vital training for existing staff through apprenticeships to develop knowledge and skills for future demands.
