Ashford BC has celebrated the turnaround in fortunes of a shopping mall a year after it was bought by the local authority.

Ashford BC has celebrated the turnaround in fortunes of a shopping mall a year after it was bought by the local authority.

The council bought the leasehold in June 2015 following calls from the community to save the struggling centre.
