We are proud to have been able to make many service improvements while successfully delivering substantial efficiencies. We have implemented change through service redesign and new models of care and support, backed up by focussed assessments and support planning.

We are now ready for the next stage of transformation. Following the retirement of the previous post holder we are looking to recruit a qualified and experienced social work manager, who is able to take on the strategic and operational challenges of continuing to improve services and outcomes for local residents, with reducing resources.
