Asylum seekers placed in hotels are potentially going without food, a council leader has warned.

Leader of Stoke-on-Trent City Council Abi Brown told The MJ a lack of clarity on the numbers of asylum seekers arriving at hotels meant some families were at risk of not having enough to eat.
