The UK boss of international engineering firm Atkins has called on combined authorities to work together to ensure major infrastructure projects get off the ground.

Speaking to The MJ, Nick Roberts said while the Government's devolution agenda has many ‘positives' it also comes with potential risks, particularly around infrastructure investment.
