The UK and European boss of international engineering firm Atkins has called on city regions to work together and plan large infrastructure projects.

Speaking to The MJ, chief executive Nick Roberts said his company backs the Government's current devolution agenda, because ‘it enables local decisions and local priorities to be set for the most pressing investments'.
