The UK boss of engineering services group Atkins has said he is ‘cautiously optimistic' about the future of the infrastructure market.

Speaking to The MJ as the company published its latest results, Atkins' UK chief executive, David Tonkin, said the group was continuing to make ‘good progress', despite ‘tough and volatile economic conditions'.
