Attacks spark call for co-operation

Councils in London have called for more co-operation between each other in the aftermath of the 7 July bombings.

Ruby Dixon, head of programmes at the Improvement and Development Agency, said that while local authorities had reported working well together, following last year's terrorist attacks, they recognised there was scope for more teamwork.
