An important piece of Telford's industrial heritage is now open to residents and visitors.

An important piece of Telford's industrial heritage – a pioneering hot blast furnace built by ironmasters William and Thomas Botfield in the 1820s – is now open to residents and visitors.

The site has opened after three years of extensive renovation by Telford and Wrekin Council.
