Four more district councils could be without chief executives as members debate shaking up senior management teams.

Copeland BC's executive met on 22 September – as The MJ went to press – to discuss a report from directly elected mayor, Mike Starkie, to delete the post of chief executive, which is currently held by Paul Walker.
