Council leaders from the Coventry and Warwickshire areas have agreed to meet again in the New Year to discuss joining forces through a combined authority or economic prosperity board.

The leaders from eight authorities, including Coventry City Council and Rugby DC, met on 12 December to discuss future options for working together, which include the idea of joining the West Midlands Combined Authority.
