Authority's NHS deal to deliver 'seamless service'

Wolverhampton City Council has joined forces with its local NHS trust to develop a new integrated system, which it claims will provide a ‘seamless service’.

Wolverhampton City Council has joined forces with its local NHS trust to develop a new integrated system, which it claims will provide a ‘seamless service'.

The local authority will work with the Royal Wolverhampton NHS Trust and Wolverhampton clinical commissioning group to develop an ‘accountable care model,' which aims to break down many of the barriers which exist between local government and health providers.
