Construction giant Balfour Beatty has confirmed it is looking to partner with a number of local authorities under the Government's Green Deal scheme.

In a statement, the company confirmed it was in discussions with councils ‘in a move that could see thousands of energy-efficient measures installed in homes across the country' for the Green Deal initiative and the Government's ECO programme.
