Barking and Dagenham LBC has appointed Chris Naylor to take on the top job at the council.

Barking and Dagenham LBC has appointed Chris Naylor to take on the top job at the council. 

 Council leader, Cllr Darren Rodwell said: ‘I hope that Chris will be able to start with a review of the Council's senior management structure.
