Chris Naylor has returned to his role of chief executive at Barking and Dagenham LBC following his interim term at Birmingham City Council

Chris Naylor has returned to his role of chief executive at Barking and Dagenham LBC following his interim term at Birmingham City Council.

Mr Naylor took the helm at Birmingham on a secondment organised by the Local Government Association (LGA) in April last year.
