Barnardo's demands better sex education to tackle CSE blight

Leading children’s charity Barnardo’s has called on the Government to ensure all pupils in England receive age-appropriate sex and relationship education in a bid to tackle child sexual exploitation.

Leading children's charity Barnardo's has called on the government to ensure all pupils in England receive age-appropriate sex and relationship education in a bid to tackle child sexual exploitation.

The charity claimed it was an almost 50% increase in the number of sexually-exploited and at risk children – from 2,118 in 203/14 to 3,175 in 2014/15.
