Barnet LBC's High Court victory over its controversial 'One Barnet' programme could have ‘huge implications' for other local authorities contemplating outsourcing services, according to legal experts.

Council leader, Cllr Richard Cornelius, welcomed the decision as a 'clear and complete victory' for the London borough.
